Crosstown Solution, has so many different aspect going on, that you will definitely will be able to find your place there. It is impressive how huge value company is putting on attitude and student mentality. Great place to grow, but it require huge time investment on your side. If you have huge dream or goal, and not sure what would be good path to reach it, i think Crosstown Solution is the place.

Crosstown Solutions provides exceptional training and support. Their hands on management skills enable inexperienced individuals to learn and develop many transferable business and social skills.

I love how everyone in the team always has something very useful to share with everyone else, almost everyday I learn something new or get inspired by the team to do something.The company has very good communication between the whole team and they stay on top of everything. The company environment is so nice and friendly, anyone you talk to will gladly have a conversation with you. Nothing that I can think of is a major con for the company. I think that during the distro phase the AM's or managers should go to the field with a Distro's often to educate them more on the job.

My experience at Crosstown Solutions has been great. I was looking for a place that a could grow not only personally but professionally as well. The growth opportunity they offer, compensation, and bonuses met exactly what I was looking for coming into a new position.
