Giselle was lovely! Came to let me know fios was newly available in my building and offering to set up an installation appointment if I was interested. She was knowledgeable and able to show me how the price and speeds were better than my current (and only) option (that I’d been frustrated with for years). We got set up ready for later in the week right then and there! Friendly, fast, and efficient; definitely recommend!
