Working here for Crosstown has allowed me to learn a variety of skills that tend to be useful. Everyone here is nice and loves to help each other out. We look out for each other and help one another to grown our skills. There is amazing atmosphere where everyone is always happy and ready to work.

I’ve been able to grow and develop at Crosstown in ways I never would have imagined when I first started. Jarrad, my boss (or as I like to think of him -- my mentor), taught me a lot about marketing and is constantly doing applicable market research that helps keep us ahead of the curve when it comes to employing truly novel marketing techniques. In addition, the culture here, while at times competitive, is good-natured in the sense that we always support each other and help ourselves grow collectively. In general, Crosstown is a place that values team-effort and the opportunities presented here are genuinely boundless -- provided you put in the requisite effort.

I think that Crosstown is a truly special company in that I’ve been able to truly learn a lot and achieve things I never imagined I would have been able to in my time here. Crosstown truly has unlimited upward mobility in that all promotions are purely based in merit and while the work at times can be hard I’ve also always found it to be rewarding and worthwhile. I’ve developed great friendships and camaraderie with the staff and look forward to coming in to work everyday.

Crosstown Solutions Inc. is a vibrant place with enthusiastic people. It has a very young and team oriented work environment. They have great mentors who are experienced in many different facets of life and business. Crosstown will give you the opportunity to add new tools to your toolbox.
