Some things that I enjoy about Crosstown are 1. The company culture, 2. Opportunities to learn and room for growth. 3. Teaching me transferable skills that can be applied to another position in the future 4. Management makes you feel appreciated. Keep up the good work. I find Managers, AM and Leaders to be well trained and I love the open door policy that managers have.

I enjoy the feeling of continuous growth and staying on your toes. I also enjoy the people I work with because I can learn from them, and build relationships that can lead to building a business. I would like more one on one time with the manager

Working at Crosstown Solutions, I enjoy the supportive team culture. This is a great opportunity for personal and professional development, a chance to learn new skills, and just an overall great opportunity to learn and start a career in sales. Be prepared for long hours, and high turnover. Communication from management is at a high level, managers are good trainers and great leaders.

I enjoy the teamwork from the whole entire office, open communication, no door policy with different manager. There is nothing specific that I dislike. I don't really have any advice for management as I'm happy with the level of communication and support from the team and management.

The atmosphere in this company is a quality product in itself. Learning to create something like this is an asset to any organization. The transparency that leadership brings to work every day is both humbling and empowering. The mentality that leaders bring to work every day allows for newer hires to develop a high level of motivation and inspiration for their future growth in the company. The training program is a perfect balance of hands-on training and structural education to hit the ground running. The openness of leadership to further develop and innovate their current procedures is truly a blessing that is rarely offered in a company.

Crosstown is a grounded company to work for. They don’t look for perfection. They seek people who want to grow and who is honest with their self about what you truly want. Their culture is built around the inner, their goal is to build the inner you. Everyone make’s you feel like it’s okay to be different. They don’t pressure you to be someone you’re not. You can be your self. Crosstown interpersonal skills transcends from person to person. Very welcoming. Once you sit down with these guys they make you feel deep down in side. I want to be like that individual. The structure is amazing. The business professional culture is inspiring as well. I would work for these guys for free because what you learn here will prepare you for much more in the future. Whatever your weak at trust me you will be much stronger pretty quickly because you work that muscle daily. I don’t have nothing bad to say. The reason why, I’ve been employed since 16 and there is no way you can tell me that people is perfect. That a company is perfect. Everyone drops the ball. Me knowing that my lens is different than many people. So far I haven’t experienced any situation at Crosstown where management act like they didn’t care or was not humble about correcting anything. Their passion to make sure things fall in our best interest is very heart felt. Making sure we get paid meanwhile many other companies gave their employees the boot during this Covid-19 pandemic. The owners are true bosses and they don’t just talk about it their actions speak multitude of volumes. Advice to Management is keep doing what you’re doing. I'm proud of you guys. In today's world it’s hard to create your own lane and stay in it. That’s why there are so many followers. Keep leading, Keep being innovative. I notice what you do. Thank You!

I enjoy working with people who are ambitious and want more out of life. The communication skills you build become so valuable in your everyday life. The systems that are in place are very duplicatable and can be grasped by anyone willing to learn. Management does a good job of keeping lines of communication open amongst all the people who are connected to our organization.

Great place to learn how to manage a business, have a positive mindset,great opportunity to grow and being successful. Crosstown Solution is a school,it's always good to learn and I love it!.

If you are looking for a place to grow this is the perfect place for you. It is not your average 9-5 job. It requires a great attitude to stay on top of your game. The office environment is very positive and friendly. Everyone encourages one and another and great feedback at the end of the day. You learn a lot every day such as business, management, sales, and more. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for self-improvements. Even though hours are long you are working an average of 4-5 hours a day. Sometimes some things are very repetitive other than that you’ll do great if you are a good team player. Management has been very supportive and uplifting throughout the entire time of employment. They have been effective in times in need as well as managers, AMs, and leaders well trained.

Awesome work culture/environment currently employed as well by crosstown solutions also being around business mindset 24/7 is "JUICY" learning inside tricks and valuable trade for free by just showing up and showing out dont know what else to say!!!!!!

I love the work ethic and drive the leaders, owners, and the administrative staff all, which makes it so energizing to be under the same roof. Co-workers have a hungry mindset for growth and entrepreneurship, which I highly value. My owner is someone of high caliber and someone you can easily talk to and grow with. Have more role-play scenarios during training and keep doing this on a regular basis to enforce mastering in all types of situations. I'm very happy with my management, they are all high-quality people with a strong desire for success for everyone.

I enjoy the exciting environment, tons of networking opportunities with free mentor-ship from successful professionals that have been in the business 10+ years, travel opportunities. There will be lots of on-going training, lots of note taking, and public speaking! Management does an unbelievable job with communication and support in all areas. Amazing at creating company culture, and transforming the workplace environment into a comfortable family setting.

The relationships I've built with the people in this business has been the most valuable asset I could have ever acquired in any lifetime. Everyone is carrying a dream on their shoulders in order to one day become a successful individual and it becomes a never-ending culture of growth, development, and self-improvement. It is an environment that is made to not only teach the skills but to also cultivate the minds of future millionaires and billionaires. If you want tap into the heart of entrepreneurship and find success in the very foundation that runs our country then this is the perfect business. The managers also do a great job following up with everyone -- for example, there was a discrepancy in my check for one week and Jarrad called me up to explain the situation a day later without me needing to go to him.
